It's been quite a while since I've had the chance to post.

I've had so much work to do.

This semester is definitely going to keep me busy.

That's okay though!

I'm gonna get through it all!

Tomorrow:

Is the fall kickoff meeting for VCTO…

Which is Visual Communication Technology organization!

It's super fun!

& I'm really excited to meet some new people!

I've also got 50 thumbnail sketches due tomorrow

& two roughs…

I need to finish those…

Hopefully everything is going well for you all!

& that you all are enjoying school/work/whatever :P

Maybe I'll have a little time to start writing in this again…

Jon McLaughlin Live Love…

JMcL:

During spring semester's finals week, singer/songwriter/musician Jon McLaughlin of Indiana performed online with LiveStream.

Needless to say, I had set aside the entire block of time to sit in front of my computer and watch him perform live.

He is so talented.

I've only had the opportunity to catch him in concert twice, but each time was better than the next!

Every album you can hear how he grows as an artist, and I can't get enough of his voice!

I look forward to the day when he's playing at sold-out shows in amphitheaters big enough to hold thousands :)

So many of JMcL's songs have amazing lyrics, and I think that is one of the reasons why he's so great.

His songs inspire me, as I'm sure they do so many others.

I really hope he knows how great he really is!

Time Flies When You're Having Fun...

SUMMAH!

My summer started tonight! :)

I finished my summer classes officially

& I got a 98.1% :)

Tonight is my last sleepover with my friends :'(

So, that was last night.. and I ended up forgetting to finish & send this.

BUT

The sleepover went super well & I had a great time!

I love my friends :)

It's weird that we're all just ready to leave..

Some of us are getting apartments or houses (or still living in dorms :/)

& it's just really funny thinking about how this time last year, we were having our "last" sleepover & we were all really nervous for school.

It's like we're pros now :P

I am really going to miss my friends though!

I plan on attempting to visit most of them at their schools though!

YAY! :)

Today was my first official day of summer

& it was nice and relaxing!

It's nice not having homework to do for once this summer!

Although, work never really does end.

When I think about going back in time…

This exact time two years ago, I was getting through my concussion after having a heat stroke while being on set of the Corbin Bernsen movie "25 Hill"

BUT!

Here I am now, two years later, still blogging away! :) & still trying to survive in the heat.. Haha!

Everything seems to be going well though for me.

Two Months in 7 Pics...

So it's been quite some time.

I've already been on summer vacation (kind of) for almost 7 weeks now I think!

It's been loads fun.

So I guess this is what I've been up to!

Veron and I moved out & said goodbye to our room!

I went back to serving at Raintree Country Club :)

I've hung out with friends :P

I visited Austin! <3 :)

Where I got to go to the Toledo Zoo for the first time 

& see my first Toledo Mud Hens game! :D

I went on vacation with Carrie & her fam! :)

My cousins and I had one last sleepover all together at our grandparents' house before they move :'(

I got to see the live production of 

Hairspray for the 3rd time! :)

& Rachael and I wore really cute outfits :P

So I guess that's what I've been up to!

I hate that I always slack on writing in the summer…

In other news:

This is my last week of my first session of summer classes!

I have the final on Thursday!

I'm really happy it's almost over!

Despite the fact that the class was really interesting & I think I learned a bunch! :)

I also just finished doing a video project for a scholarship!

It'd be so awesome if I could win it!

I really think I did a good job & put forth some creativity :)

I can't believe that I've already almost been on vacation for two months now!

Time sure does fly! :P
