Madness Is The Gift That Has Been Given To Me...

Some say being "creative" or being an "artist" is a waste of time… Or that you'll never go anywhere.

This "madness" that has been given to me,

I'm so thankful for.

I'd rather be crazy with creativity, than anything else in this world.

My favorite is a quote from Alice in Wonderland:

Mad Hatter: "Have I gone mad?"

Alice:  "I'm afraid so. You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret. All the best people are."

I know I'm crazy, but I don't mind.

I just wish people understood.

Words get trapped in my mind…

Sorry I don't take the time to feel the way I do.

'Cause the first day you came into my life,

My time ticks around you.

But then I need your voice,

As a key to unlock all the love that's trapped in me.

So tell me when it's time to say I love you.

All I want is you to understand,

That when I take your hand it's cause I want to.

We are all born in a world of doubt.

But there's not doubt, I figured out, I love you.

Sometimes I go through random Green Day phases.

I can't help it.

I seriously don't even know where to begin.

So much stuff is happening right now.

THE GOOD.

THE BAD.

THE UGLY.

Nothing has really been "Ugly" though…

Not that I know of…

I have three more days left here.

Three more days of dorm life.

Three more days of being a sophomore.

JUST THREE.

I'm not mad about it though.

This summer is going to be great!

I hope so anyways!

I'm trying to focus on the "now" as opposed to the past or the future.

Now is what I can control.

And I'm trying to take control of my life.

I've got goals & I need to make sure they happen!

All in all, it's been a good year!

I've lost the will to speak my mind.

Remember when I made a New Year's resolution to try and write something every day? Yeah, that didn't happen. But, I still try to write at least something every month.

I mean, it's better than nothing, right?

So much is happening right now & I feel really overwhelmed.

My aunt got me this "Overwhelmed" herbal spray that I put under my tongue & it's supposed to calm me down & "underwhelm" me, I suppose. Haha

I tried it for the first time today.

I think it worked well.

I've got about four and half weeks left!

I can't believe I've almost got 2 years of college under my belt already!

That's crazy to me!

It's almost time for me to be a real grownup!

Right now my most recent dilemma is that I have to find a co-op for the summer… and it's a dog-eat-dog world out here & this industry is cutthroat! Everyone is in need of a job it seems like & I just can't catch a break.

I haven't given up yet though! I still have almost two months left to find one!

Hey #1

How's my week?

I've been crazed.

But seriously…

These last few weeks have been super stressful.

I feel like I have so much stuff to get done.

Somehow I always seem to find time to get everything done though.

I'm not sure how…

I'm not sure if I can make it all the way to spring break!

I just need the break to be now please.

I've officially sent my resume out to nine companies now.

Nine.

I feel like that's not a lot.. but at the same time, that is a lot!

I just really want a co-op.

I want to keep on track.

And, if I don't get a co-op, I won't be able to take anymore classes……… Yeah. That's a problem.

I feel like it'll all work out okay though.

Last week was the worst and best week ever.

I'm not gonna get much more into it.

I'm over it.

Anyways,

It's Tuesday… my day off.

And I've gotten SO much stuff done :)

So, at least I have that going for me :P

Well, that's all for now.
